Frost and Partners currently act for clients in both the acquisition and sale of commercial property investments in London and the south east of England. We acquire investments for clients from a variety of sources including commercial auctions, websites and investment agents. Many agents are aware that we act for investment purchasers and we are therefore offered some investments that are not being marketed.

Our extensive activity and research in the area provides us with a comprehensive database of rents, yields and capital values, enabling a detailed analysis to be provided for use in the assessment of future growth and returns.
