We are a West London Area based firm of commercial property consultants owned by the two company directors, Justin Clack and Shaun Wolfe. We specialise in the West London commercial property market and consequently are well known by local companies and other agents as the specialists in Hammersmith, Chiswick and Kensington.

We concentrate predominantly on the office and investment sector and have been involved with many transactions within Hammersmith since our inception in 1995. We act for clients in acquisitions, sales and letting of all types of commercial and investment property. We also provide professional advice in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals, rating appeals, valuations and development appraisals.
