Our knowledge of the ownership of buildings in West London and monitoring of tenant movements and lease expiries means that often we are able to acquire leasehold of freehold properties for clients that haven't even been marketed yet.

We provide a full search and acquisition service on a no transaction/no fee basis. Our service includes the following:

• Initial appraisal of the location, type and size of property required.
• A report on available properties.
• Conducting negotiations and providing professional advice on the selected property.
• Liaising with solicitors to facilitate early completion.

Our fees are success based and therefore there are no upfront retainers - if we do not find a property you do not pay a fee.

An example of an acquisition conducted by our company was our purchase of 22 St Peters Square Hammesrmith on behalf of leading architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands. 22 St Peters Square, the original home of Island Records, was purchased by Frost and Partners for our client before the property was marketed.

Home to Island Records for over 32 years, Island Studios, has hosted recordings of seminal albums by many of the world's leading artists including Bob Marley, U2, and Robert Palmer. The site, providing a total area of 22,500 sq.ft gross (16,500 sq ft net internal area comprises a complex of nineteenth century former laundry buildings backing onto an elegant house in a delightful garden square on the Hammersmith/Chiswick borders. Having purchased the property for £4.1 million, Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands are currently drawing up designs to convert the premises into architectural studio space for the practice, plus approximately 8,000sq ft of space for subletting to like minded creative companies.
